Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HadalLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your internal business or personal purposes. For the MindAnchor engine during the Alpha phase, this license is provided strictly for evaluation and testing.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to algorithms, source code, and visual interfaces, are the exclusive property of HadalLabs Limited and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HadalLabs makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the MindAnchor engine or accompanying tools during its development phase.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Our software services, including MindAnchor Alpha, are provided on a subscription or per-license basis. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days for unused credits or proportional service periods in cases of technical failure on our part.
